Patricia Benesh is the visionary behind AuthorAssist’s 25+ years of success coaching hundreds of English-speaking writers from around the world.

She has published six workbooks available at Amazon: Write Outside the Box, From Reluctant Writer to Enlightened Wordsmith, and AI for the Creative Writer and three books under the 7 Memories label: Write Your Memoir in 28 Days, Partnering to Write a Memoir, and Write Your Awesome Obituary. Her articles have been published in numerous books, journals, and business periodicals.

Patricia provides individual coaching and consulting and has tailored in-person and Zoom workshops for organizations including: University of California, San Diego, Life Course Scholars Program, Johns Hopkins University Odyssey Program, Oasis Lifelong Learning (San Diego), National League of American Pen Women (La Jolla), Alzheimer’s Association (San Diego), the San Diego Community Action Network among others, and PEO ( Nonprofit women’s organization, (North Carolina).

A former professor at The Johns Hopkins University in the field of Human Communications, specializing in literacy and readability, Patricia holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins and advanced degrees in counseling and business administration. She has spoken at numerous US and international conferences and is recognized in Who’s Who in Education.
